Business start-up study programme

The business start-up study programme teaches the fundamentals of business administration and is offered as an optional vocational course which is accredited with credit points. Over a total of 24 Monday-evening sessions running for two semesters, participants         gain an overview of the key fundamentals of management, accounting, finance and practical entrepreneurship.

The programme is run by Prof. Dr. Heinz Kußmaul at the Institute for Entrepreneurship and SMEs.

Students who successfully pass the examinations are awarded three credit points for each, meaning that a total of six points can be gained over two semesters.*

*Not available for students of the following subjects: Business Studies, Business Education, Economics and Law, and Business Informatics.
